We are farmers from Muzaffarnagar, a region known as the heart of sugarcane cultivation in India and proudly recognised as the City of Jaggery. For generations, our families have been deeply connected to farming and traditional methods of jaggery making.
At The Jaggers, we follow age-old practices where sugarcane juice is slowly boiled, naturally clarified, and processed without the use of sulfur, chemicals, or artificial enhancers. This ensures that every batch of jaggery retains its natural minerals, rich aroma, and authentic taste.
Our journey started with a simple belief — refined sugar does more harm than good. With rising lifestyle diseases and artificial food habits, we felt a strong need to bring back jaggery as a healthier and natural alternative to sugar.
